NEW YORK – ABC says Chris Brown will appear on its “20/20″ newsmagazine Dec. 11.
In what’s billed as an in-depth interview, the singer will discuss his assault of ex-girlfriend and recording superstar Rihanna in February. He is on probation for the beating.
Robin Roberts, anchor of ABC’s “Good Morning America,” conducts the interview. It was taped last weekend.
ABC spokesman Jeffrey Schneider says clips may also air on “Good Morning America.” He says Brown will not perform live.
Brown is scheduled to release his album “Graffiti” on Dec. 8. He has previously spoken about the attack on MTV News and “Larry King Live.”
Rihanna was interviewed this month by ABC’s Diane Sawyer.

Just days away from releasing his second full-length album, Chris Brown says, “I may not be dating cover girls now, but hopefully in the future, I will be.” We figured you’d probably want to hold on to that one, considering that Brown, well on his way to superstardom, will no doubt be laughing about it soon. The album, Exclusive, has a more ‘grown up’ sound, which it owes in part to guest spots from Kanye West, T-Pain, Lil Wayne, will.i.am, Big Boi and The Game, and, more significantly, to the thickening peach fuzz on Brown’s 18 year old chin.

Chris was on BET’s 106 & Park today. He didn’t perform, but they did speak to him a little about the album, and Chris stayed and hung out a little. If you missed it, you can catch it AGAIN, tomorrow at 11:00 AM EST. Also, he confirmed it, the next single will NOT be “Take You Down”, but it will be “Kiss Kiss” ft. T-Pain. So look out for the next single!
Chris recieved 1 nomination for the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards this year, for best choreography on “Wall to Wall”. The date is set for September 9th, 2007, and it only airs one time! Be sure to check it out! Chris is also said to be performing “Wall to Wall”.
