If these projections are true, F.A.M.E will be Brown’s first number one album, beating out this week’s R&B competitors Jennifer Hudson and Bobby V.

Brown recently assured his followers that, “F.A.M.E. is me giving fans every aspect of who I am as far as my art, my culture, and my concepts.”

In support of the album, Brown will embark on his F.A.M.E Tour beginning in Australia in April 2011.

Talking to BBC Radio 1 Usher revealed, “The tour wasn’t cancelled there was a conversation, nothing more than a conversation. We may work together on something in the near future. I think it would be really incredible if we did do something. ”

When asked about his UK tour Usher announced, “We’ll be back in the UK so stay tuned as maybe a surprise will come out of that.” When we push him and ask if he means Chris Brown he got all coy: “I didn’t say anything, all I said was there may be a surprise worth waiting for.”

Breezy appeared on Angie Martinez’s Hot 97 radio show on Wednesday to discuss the canceled outing. “We kinda had different views on the tour—no beef,” explained Chris. “We both have two different promoters, so whoever would get the tour would have to work it out and I think they didn’t see eye to eye. I think we rushed into it. We were in love with the idea more than the actual [business part of it]. We couldn’t get ready for it. Hopefully in the future, we might work something out.”

While Usher may have gone with his other R&B peer Trey Songz, Chris doesn’t hold a grudge, but does admit that he and Ursh don’t have a close relationship. “It’s whatever, we cool. I’m cordial and that’s with everybody,” said Chris. “I don’t have friends in this industry. I have my circle and I have my people who’ve been with me through the bad times and the good times. Everybody else is just wallpaper.”

After the recent success of “Deuces,” industry folk came calling, but Chris could see through their fakeness. “I wasn’t like bitter. Now I see you for you. Get your money, do you. We can be cordial, we can be cool. Other than that, I don’t need to be your homie, like we don’t gotta go hang out.”

His experiences of the past year taught him who were his true friends. “I kinda just got a gauge of who was there and who wasn’t, so now I know who I can deal with. There’s people in my phone I’ll call and they’re my homies. I don’t need no more friends. Oh, you need me to do something for you? Holla at my manager.”

While he does maintain some industry relationships with those who supported him through his trying times, he has a message to the ones that weren’t there when he needed them most. “Kick some rocks.”

“Choked on my cornflakes when I heard new Chris Brown single this morning. Do you know what I mean?” Harris tweeted before claiming that Brown’s track is strikingly similar to his U.K. number one single “I’m Not Alone.”

The comments incited a war of words between fans of Brown and Harris. After one fan claimed that Harris could never reach Brown’s level of success the Scotsman said he is happy with his career.

“Listen, if anyone ever sees me on the same level as Chris Brown, let me know and I’ll f*****g stab myself” Harris writes.

Brown has recently held the top spot on the Billboard Hip-Hop/R&B singles chart with his track “Deuces,” featuring Tyga and Kevin McCall.

“There are no plans at this time for Usher and Chris Brown to tour together,” the singer’s reps said in a statement.

Brown’s reps also released a statement:
“There is no confirmed Chris Brown and Usher tour at this time.”

The false rumor was sparked by music producer Bryan-Michael Cox, who (on camera) disclosed the information as if it was exclusive. Watch the clip here: Usher & Chris Brown To Tour Together!

Look at it, if you watch her interviews about how she wants to “talk about it” she preserves her “victim” image by never saying the things she did. She never really tells the whole story. And Chris never says it either. I wish he would have just said something like, she hit me in my face 3 times so I super slapped the hoe to calm her down. SOMETHING! Yeah maybe it is still wrong to hit a woman but at least there would have been some kind of justification and he would have gotten some kind of lead way. But instead he remained the gentleman and she stuck with her lines such as, “I seen him texting other females. I questioned him and he got upset. I seen black in his eyes and it lead up to him putting his hands on me.”

Everyone has to do their part,’ singer said before show, which will provide aid to Haiti and to needy in Virginia.

RICHMOND, Virginia — Chris Brown headlined the “Virginia Stand Up! A Call to Action” benefit concert on Saturday night, and the superstar singer couldn’t have been more giving, doing his best to please the packed house.

“Can I slow it down for the ladies?” Brown asked the shrieking audience, comprised mostly of females and local supporters. “I mean really slow it down.”

With that, the energetic crooner jumped off the stage and walked through the crowd singing “Say Goodbye” to his fans, shaking as many adoring hands as he could along the way.

“There’s never a right time to say goodbye,” he sang. “But we know that we got to go our separate ways.”

Things at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Siegel Center were just getting started, though.

Brown ran through selections from all three of his albums, including early hits from his 2005 self-titled debut such as the chipper “Yo (Excuse Me Miss)” and “Gimme That.”

T-Pain, who performed earlier in the night (as did Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, Mario, Tank and Ryan Leslie) joined Brown for his guest spot on the booming “Kiss Kiss.”

Brown, who celebrated his 21st birthday earlier this month, exercised his status as a more mature artist by bringing a young woman onstage with him.

The fan, decked out in a snug dress, ditched her high heels and sat in a reclining chair on the stage as Brown serenaded her.

The hometown Brown quickly transitioned into the steamy “Take You Down,” off Exclusive, removing his jean jacket (he was shirtless underneath) and straddling his guest for some enthusiastic dance moves that would have made Bobby Brown blush.

The event was part of a charitable mission organized by Brown to help with continued relief efforts in Haiti following the devastating January earthquake.

The singer partnered with the Greater Richmond Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Central Virginia Food Bank and recruited a slew of hip-hop and R&B stars to help out.

Lil Wayne protégé Tyga was also on-hand; he and Brown performed a collaboration from their forthcoming mixtape Fan of a Fan.

Tank, Leslie and Hilson all gushed about Brown backstage, telling MTV News it was an easy choice to join the singer for such a good cause.

Brown was born in nearby Tappahannock and made the decision to hold a benefit near his hometown to jointly provide aid to Haiti and his home state, which has seen its fortunes shrink as a result of the economic downturn.

“The images I see on television, both in my community and in Haiti, remind me that everyone has to do their part,” Brown said before the show, in a statement.

The concert does not count towards Brown’s probation, which he was placed on last August following his pre-Grammy encounter with Rihanna in February 2009. Brown is currently in good standing with the judge overseeing his progress.

Brown closed things out with a spirited rendition of his biggest hit, “Forever,” thanking the crowd for their support of both him and the event.
