Rumor Control: No Tour For Chris Brown and Usher!
August 21st, 2010 | No Comments »

False Alarm, at least for now! Yesterday we posted that Usher and Chris Brown would be touring together, but it isn’t true! Yesterday, Usher’s camp was quick to shut down the rumors that the two R&B sensations would be touring together.

“There are no plans at this time for Usher and Chris Brown to tour together,” the singer’s reps said in a statement.

Brown’s reps also released a statement:
“There is no confirmed Chris Brown and Usher tour at this time.”

The false rumor was sparked by music producer Bryan-Michael Cox, who (on camera) disclosed the information as if it was exclusive. Watch the clip here: Usher & Chris Brown To Tour Together!

He later tweeted:
I was drunk. Lol. Talking crazy. I don’t know for a fact that THAT tour is happening. But it would be dope tho. Lol.
SMH! He got us excited for no reason! LOL!

I Know Someone Has Got To Feel Me….

This visa situation has really pissed me off! So I really wish that Chris would have just stood up and tolk the world what Rihanna did to him. I’m sorry but she has really fucked himn with that whole situation.

Look at it, if you watch her interviews about how she wants to “talk about it” she preserves her “victim” image by never saying the things she did. She never really tells the whole story. And Chris never says it either. I wish he would have just said something like, she hit me in my face 3 times so I super slapped the hoe to calm her down. SOMETHING! Yeah maybe it is still wrong to hit a woman but at least there would have been some kind of justification and he would have gotten some kind of lead way. But instead he remained the gentleman and she stuck with her lines such as, “I seen him texting other females. I questioned him and he got upset. I seen black in his eyes and it lead up to him putting his hands on me.”

Srry just a little angry!

Everyone has to do their part,’ singer said before show, which will provide aid to Haiti and to needy in Virginia.

RICHMOND, Virginia — Chris Brown headlined the “Virginia Stand Up! A Call to Action” benefit concert on Saturday night, and the superstar singer couldn’t have been more giving, doing his best to please the packed house.

“Can I slow it down for the ladies?” Brown asked the shrieking audience, comprised mostly of females and local supporters. “I mean really slow it down.”

With that, the energetic crooner jumped off the stage and walked through the crowd singing “Say Goodbye” to his fans, shaking as many adoring hands as he could along the way.

“There’s never a right time to say goodbye,” he sang. “But we know that we got to go our separate ways.”

Things at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Siegel Center were just getting started, though.

Brown ran through selections from all three of his albums, including early hits from his 2005 self-titled debut such as the chipper “Yo (Excuse Me Miss)” and “Gimme That.”

Chris Brown Announces His Support For Tiger Woods and Thinks He Deserves 2nd Chance
February 26th, 2010 | 2 Comments »

During an interview with Mojo in the Morning, the Forever singer shares his sympathy for the troubled golfer when asked about the swinger’s public apology.

My hat goes off to him, Chris says. I support him. I hope he gets back on the field and does his thing because he is the best at it.

But the chatter doesn’t stop there. Without prodding, Rihanna’s ex-beau, a self-proclaimed nontroublemaker, offers a comparison to their current dramatic plights.

I think people always deserve a second chance, he says. I know my fans gave me a second chance and people gave me a second chance.

In Brown’s mind, it’s all about what you do in public, not behind closed doors.

Whatever his personal life is—and I think this goes for me and him—his personal life is his personal life. Nobody has the right to place judgment or make any judgment on somebody else’s personal life when they’re not directly involved with them, he continues. He plays golf. That’s his sport, that’s his hobby, that’s his love, that’s what people love him for. They don’t love him for the other stuff that they talk about. Even with me, I do music, I sing songs, I’m an entertainer, I’m a performer. But people make mistakes.

L.A. judge praises Chris Brown for progress in meeting terms of sentence in Rihanna assault
February 19th, 2010 | No Comments »

A Los Angeles judge commended R&B singer Chris Brown on Thursday for his efforts to fulfill the terms of his sentence for assaulting his then-girlfriend, pop star Rihanna.

“It looks like you are doing really, really well,” Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told the 20-year-old performer during a progress hearing that lasted less then two minutes.

Brown, dressed in a black, military-style jacket and gray jeans, listened silently as the judge went over papers from authorities in the singer’s native Virginia detailing his progress.
