Chris Brown at the LA fitness gym playing basketball with friends as Rihanna flew to NYC .Few minutes later Chris Brown’s bodyguard rushed after photog, tried to take a picture at LA Fitness and boke his leg “The guy wanted to kill me!!” said the photographer.

New developments in the Chris Brown case.
His lawyer Mark Geragos has just requested an unscheduled hearing to take place before he’s arraigned for the alleged beating of Rihanna.
The new hearing is set for March 23rd, and will take place in Judge Schnegg’s chambers.
Apparently, this has to do with Rihanna possibly testifying against Brown in the case. So it seems like Geragos is going to try and block prosecutors from calling Rihanna to the stand.
But given the fact that Rihanna and Chris have been hanging out so much lately, it would be a surprise to see her take the stand and testify against Chris. You can’t just go into the studio and record a duet one day and call him out the next!
Meanwhile, there were reports earlier this morning that Chris Brown was considering replacing his management team.
His co-manager Joyce Hawkins responded to reports that he is considering replacing his management, attorney and crisis team, saying non of it is true.
Chris Brown is happy with his management team the way it is, the singer’s mother, who is also his co-manager, says in a statement Thursday.
“Reports that Chris is looking to replace his team, including Mark Geragos, Tina Davis and Mike Sitrick, are false,” says the statement from Joyce Hawkins. “There are only two people who could make a change at that level on Chris’ behalf: his business attorney Kenny Meiselas and me – and neither of us were the source of this information.
“To the contrary, Kenny told the media outlet that broke this item, that the information they had was false. So there is no room for doubt or misunderstanding, let me state unequivocally, that no change is planned or being made with respect to Mark Geragos, Tina Davis or Mike Sitrick. We are very pleased with the work they are doing.”
Since the altercation between Brown, 19, and his girlfriend Rihanna, 21, last month, Brown has been spotted going to recording studios in California and Florida, plugging away on his third album, due out later this year.
He and Rihanna, most recently seen together in Miami, are working on their relationship, according to sources.
“Rihanna and Chris have been together almost constantly since leaving Miami,” says a source.

It is unclear why they wanted to postpone the case — possibly to conduct further investigations or possibly to strike a plea deal. We just don’t know…
Based on our information, it seems Brown wants to avoid a trial at all costs because the picture of Rihanna taken one day after the incident — which has not been seen anywhere publicly — is unbelievable.
During the proceeding, Brown signed a waiver of presence, allowing his lawyer to act on his behalf — meaning he won’t have to show up to any minor court proceedings before April 6th.
Brown, who stood emotionless in court, spoke only four words to the judge — “yes,” “yes,” and “yes ma’am.”
After Brown’s request to continue the case had been granted, the judge warned Brown, “You are not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.”
The judge asked Rihanna’s attorney Donald Etra if there was a “no-contact order” in place, to which Etra replied, “Miss Fenty [Rihanna] does not request such an order.”
Extra is famous for repping Snoop Dogg in multiple court cases throughout the years.
